We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. Refund requests will be considered based on the nature of the course, the amount of content accessed, and the time elapsed since purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, users must submit a refund request within the applicable refund period and comply with the conditions stated in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The learner has not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Course materials, downloadable resources, or certification assessments have not been substantially accessed or utilized.

  • The course has not been completed.

  • No certificate has been issued for the course.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by NiveshBay.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

  • A course completion certificate has been issued.
